Ce que vous apprendrez

Join us for an informative webinar as we explore Reese's Law and its impact on consumer products. This vital legislation ensures that the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) enforces strict safety regulations on items containing button cell or coin batteries. While products complying with the Toy Standard ASTM and intended for children under 14 are exempt, any consumer product utilizing or containing button cell or coin batteries falls under Reese's Law. The U.S. CPSC has established the 16 CFR 1263 mandatory standard for brands and manufacturers to ensure product compliance.
